The transport sleeve has two Velcro straps - the front one with the Medic patch, the back Velcro is used to attach the whole thing to the waistcoat. The sleeve has an additional Molle panel, which allows you to attach further pieces of equipment, such as a tactical magazine pouch.
The interior of the medicine cabinet conceals ample space.
The centre has drainage holes and two grommets to secure the items being transported.
