Abbey Supply founded in 1975, started by making lubricants for airguns. During that time there were no special lubricants available so they saw this opportunity to dive into it. When they started airguns were prone to “dieseling”, this is an explosion of air mixed with oil that can severely damage your gun. Abbey came with a solution to this problem, they made a lubricant with silicone. Silicone was an excellent solution as it still had all the lubricating benefits.
