The Sa-E03 Edge Carbine features complete, licensed markings of the firearms manufacturer – Rock River Arms. It is a firearm parts and accessories manufacturer, but most of all, a manufacturer of high-quality AR-15 carbines. Specna Arms was founded in 1996 by Larson brothers in cooperation with Les Baer and it is based in Colona, Illinois.
