There could be a variety of reasons why you may want to return a product. We offer a 14 working day period after you’ve received the item in which you can decide to either keep or return the item. You can do this by entering our online return portal (from here or in the ‘my account’ page. which offers a very easy and quick return proces. Make sure that you have your tracking number from your initial order ready. OUR ONLINE RETURN PROCESS:
We now offer a online return process to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Just fill in your postal code and tracking code and you’re good to go. Our brand new application will generate a printable label and you can choose your delivery point. Just bring your package and done!
Rules for returns:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item you’ve purchased, you’re able to return the item to us within 14 days after you’ve received the item. Please note that you have to meet the following requirements to be eligible to return the item:
- The item or product has not been used. Having a hands-on look with the item is allowed.
- The item is still in a new state, e.g. no damage to the item that has been inflicted after arrival of the item.
- The item needs to have all original labels, stickers and packaging present. (As much as is possible.)
- Please note: there are no refunds possible on extra product services such as downgrades and our ready to go service.
When the returned items have arrived at our customer department and when the items are in good condition, as described above, we immediately refund the full price of the item according to the time you’ve purchased it. Refunds take place either via bank transfer, creditcard or Paypal, depending on the way you’ve purchased the now returned item. You will receive an e-mail notification when your refund ticket is being processed. Please, always include the customer receipt or a copy of the customer receipt when returning items. A note which helps us trace your order to your customer No. will greatly help speed up the refund process!
If you return items not according to the methods described above we will charge any shipping or handling fees back at customer!
